The jelly tip is surprisingly soft yet firm enough to do the job, and that 6 1/2" length gives me perfect control. Hose attaches to my shower in seconds without any leaks, and the fact it's nickel-free is a huge plus for my sensitive skin. Cleanup is a breeze since the tip pops right off.
